Our payment methods:
Bankgiro
Pay your invoice via bankgiro as usual. The bankgiro account belongs to Rackfish AB - Billecta receives a notice when payments flow in and records this. If you purchased services via our self-service portal - my.rackfish.com, and are not set up as a credit customer in advance, services will not be activated until payment is received.
Credit card
Via the invoice portal, invoices can be paid by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Stripe handles payments and Billecta registers all payments.
Direct debit authorization and saved credit cards
With direct debit or saved credit cards, payments for invoices are automatically deducted from the registered account.
SWIFT
Swift payments go directly to our accounts. In particular, payments in other currencies may take extra time to process - please get in touch with us as soon as possible at the email address on the invoice (billing) if payment is not registered or in the event of a reminder despite payment being made.
