You can upgrade your subscription yourself as follows:
Go to services and select the service you want to upgrade. Click Upgrade / Downgrade.
Select the service you want to upgrade to. Terms: All updates occur for the same period as the service being upgraded.
This means that an annual subscription that is updated monthly can have an initial period significantly longer than one month. Calculation takes place daily - the remaining time per day is deducted from the number of new days added to the new package.
If your account is managed by Rackfish:
Contact Rackfish by phone or send a message to support with requests. You can usually be updated on the same day. The packages are the same as you find on our website and on my.rackfish.com. However, invoicing is adjusted monthly and not daily.
