If your domain is managed in my.rackfish.com:
Log in to your account and select "Manage" - "My Services" - "Domains" in the main menu if you do not see the domain in question. Click on the domain and then click on "Auto-renew". At the bottom, a choice will appear. You can change by switching "Auto-renew" from "On" to "Off".

Deregistration
After a domain's expiration date has passed, a domain is deactivated for 60 days. During this time, it is possible to reactivate the domain, after which the domain name is deregistered. It is possible to request an earlier deregistration. For this we need to receive a request from the holder and this is checked and handled manually.
