There are several methods for excluding "internal visits" from your Matomo Analytics. If you want to exclude your browser while working on a site, you could go to the "Cogwheel" - "Personal" - "Settings," and at the end of the page, there is an option for setting a cookie on your browser that excludes the browser you are using from being tracked and displayed. You need to gather the IP numbers used to exclude an entire organization. Usually, your IT department could be of assistance. Sometimes, googling "what's my IP" is enough - you are after your public IP address, which may or may not be the same as your co-workers. Hence, it could be a better idea to talk to IT. With your IP addresses, hit Cogwheel - Measurables - Manage - Edit and enter them below the "Excluded IPs" - hit save!
