A page view is easy to understand, a hit is a bit more complex. Each time a visitor loads a page, a page view is recorded.
Depending on how the page looks, what type of content it contains, etc., hits are also generated. It's normal to have 0-20% more hits than page views, which we have taken into account in our price plans so that our customers can normally be based on their page views.
What generates a hit?
A page view, an event, a download, an outbound link, a search or when content is tracked.
How can you see hits for a certain month?
Click on "All websites", select the desired month and the number of actions will be displayed in the header.
